"Sold-out tours and standing ovations give testimony to the electricity and excitement generated by these three great individual fiddle stylists. Kevin Burke (Ireland), Christian Lemaître (Brittany) and André Brunet (Quebec) combine their talents, musical traditions, and spontaneous humor for an evening of dazzling energy and subtle grace. Called "three of the finest folk violinists anywhere" by The Washington Post, these traditional masters showcase their regional repertoires and together conjure an experience of breathtaking performances." Tri Yann: An Naoned

Tri Yann are a French band from Nantes (Breton: Naoned) in the départment of Loire-Atlantique, Brittany, who play traditional Breton Celtic music.
The band was founded in 1971 by Jean Chocun, Jean-Paul Corbineau and Jean-Louis Jossic - all of whom remain members - hence the suggested name of Tri Yann an Naoned (English: Three Jean's of Nantes), Jean and Yann being respectively the French and Breton versions of the name John).
As the best known celtic band in France, Tri Yann are one of the longest-standing Breton music groups surviving from the folk rock revival of the 1970s (following the bagadoù and Alan Stivell's work) . The group are famous for the outlandish costumes worn on stage.
Among their best-known tracks are La jument de Michao (including the chorus "J'entends le loup, le renard et la belette" i.e. "I hear the wolf, the fox and the weasel") or Dans les prisons de Nantes ("In the prisons of Nantes").
